Salesman Tom Heit was amazing. He was prompt in responses and very detailed. Rydell Chevrolet was by far the best at providing a great deal! After the purchase Tom spent as much time as needed to explain the features in the vehicle and even took time to detail parts of the vehicle so it was showroom quality. The experience and purchase was worth driving two hours each way!

We came there because our grandson (Peyton Lolwing) became a salesman there. I told him what I was interested in as far a a vehicle. He worked dillengently over a two week period to find us a vehicle. We love the truck and are proud of our grandson. He showed knowledge and professionalism while doing his job. The rest of the staff in which we were involved with treated us with nothing but respect.

First of all, they lost the paperwork and I sat around, probably for an extra hour. Second time to the cashier, they found the paperwork. Then I get an invoice for $192 when I was told 85 when I called to make the appointment. My third complaint, every time I’ve been in before to get an oil change. I always got alignment check, did not get the Alignment Check this time.

I was given an estimate of 255.56 on 7/5 to have the batteries replaced. I did not do it on that day as I had pressing repairs of about 1,000.00 to do first and a limited budget. The leaking oil pan (why does a 9 year old oil pan leak) cost nearly 600 and the speed sensor was nearly 400 (also expensive). Rather than the estimate of 255.56, I was charged 457.99 ! That seems like bait and switch. If I knew it would be that expensive, I would have done the work myself. The work done seems OK, but it is incredible expensive, If you leave the charges as is, I will not bne bringing my cars back for service at Rydells.

Changing oil did just as you should have but checking over my vehicle for additional issues not so good. They said my air cleaner needed to be changed but I told them I would do it myself and when I went to change it I found the cover hanging loose screws were never tightened up. Luckily it stayed in place where it didn't cause anyother issues. And when I got home my wife said 1 of my taillights was out. And sure enough 1 was out. This is something that should have been seen when they did there check of lights. Unless they went out on the the way home which is doubtful. Otherwise I've always been satisfied with there service.

Very freindly. We walked in knowing what we wanted and where we wanted to be with our trade and they worked with us to get us where we wanted to be. Granted we had a great trade in, but most places would of still tried to take advantage of us, but they treated us well. We came in pretty late in the day, but they stayed around and didn't make us feel like we were an inconvenience.

Well, I am not even sure what to say - needed an oil change, tire rotation, and a tire repaired that had a nail in it. All goes fairly well with good communication by advisor. I go to pay - 3% credit card fee - understandable in today's situation; but, no notice ahead of time. So...no choice but to pay it. Drop the fee and roll it into your services. Look over my bill - $40 to repair a tire - seriously? You were rotating them anyway (that I paid for), so not much extra labor. So, get home and look at tire to discover center cap was not put back on when tire was repaired. An email into Express Lube manager that evening. Hear from Mary the next morning - center cap was found and I could stop in and pick it up. Oh...OK - your mistake; but, I should go out of my way to get it. Hmmmm...now I get into dealership after going out of my way to get it, and am met with 3 service folks standing at desk, one says "did you check his ID?" Listen here, I had to come into the dealership to retrieve an item you failed to install on my vehicle. I get mistakes - they happen; but, come on, your customer service is going WAY down hill Rydell. Do better, be better, especially when customers are paying a premium for an oil change; which is to help YOU compensate for the wage you have to pay employees - expect better out of them.

I had my truck in last Wednesday for the 6.2L engine recall. The mechanic checked it out and told me I had my engine replaced a year and a half ago (which I knew, because you guys replaced it) so he told me that I was good to go. When I asked about changing the engine oil to 0W-40W with a new oil filter and fill cap he told me that you don’t do that if it passes the test. I told them my recall notice says that if I have a bad engine, they’ll replace it and if it is a good engine, they will put in a higher velocity oil 0W-40W, a new filter, and oil cap with the 0W-40W stamped on it to replace the current 0W-20W stamped one at no charge. Monte, your service advisor and the mechanic said, “Well I guess we’ll have to check into the recall notice further to see what it all involves.” I would have thought they would know what the recall involves, so I’m confused. You guys tell me one thing and General Motors recall is telling me another. I called GM customer service and they took all my information down and said they were going to reach out to Rydell’s management and find out what’s going on. I made the appointment for 9:30 am. I arrived at 9:24-9:26 am and checked in with Mary. The appointment for for a leaky tire. I waited in the waiting room. I waited. I waited. At 11:00 am I stood up to ask how much longer it would be and noticed my car parked in the 'ready/done' area. I then proceeded to the service department and approached a person there (I believe his name was Monte); and asked him if my car was ready. I then explained when my appointment was, what my appointment was for, when I dropped off my car, who I checked my car in with AND that I can see my car parked out front. I also asked if it typically took an hour & a half to fix a leaky tire WITH an appointment. He replied that it wasn't typical and proceeded to look for my paperwork. He looked on Mary's desk while commenting that she possibly got stuck in a meeting. He then looked at another desk near hers and found my paperwork there. I asked how much it was and he said no charge. I don't know what the bill was, because I never saw it. I understand that sometimes people get stuck in meetings, but what I don't understand is why someone else didn't finish it. Either way, I was and still am, very disappointed with my service. I appreciate having no charge, but I sat and waited for an hour & a half!!!

My 24 Traverse went in for an oil change and to check the horrible squeaking noise my brakes make. The oil change was great and Rydell is wonderful about picking up my vehicle and delivering it back to the school I teach at. However, this is the third or fourth time that I've requested my brakes be inspected as they have squeaked basically since I purchased it new in July of 24. Each time I get a different reason why my brakes squeak and each time their "fix" doesn't do anything to stop the noise. This recent visit my husband was told my brakes are squeaking because of gravel road dust. Rydell cleaned them before delivering my vehicle back to work, however, when I pulled out of my parking spot that afternoon, my brakes immediately squeaked and have squeaked each time I've driven since then. We have purchased many vehicles from Rydell as personal vehicles, but also many vehicles for my husband's company and have been satisfied with their service, however, the problems with these brakes have been frustrating. I have been reading different forums online about the new Traverse and it seems there are issues with the brake noise all over the country. I am unsatisfied with the responses I have gotten from the dealership regarding the noises coming from my brakes. It is a consistent noise and it is very embarrassing to be driving a newer, expensive vehicle and it sounds so awful. Hopefully someone will read this feedback and can contact myself or my husband with a better solution to this this annoying, ongoing problem. Thank you, Megan Camenzind

I came in October of 2024 and had a service which showed a necessity to change the air filters after 2.5 years of use and ownership. So, I agreed for the filters to be changed. The sensor HUD was not reset, and it showed a dire need to be replaced this year. the tech checked the filters and agreed they did not need changed, but as I was leaving the dealership i checked and the HUD was still not reset. I reset it to 0% myself. other than that it was a good experience with fast service.

I honestly think the CIL charge is ridiculous.You guys are already making money on parts and labor.That price is stupid.I hope you read this and call me,I will fill you in.You guys do great service just not happy with that charge on each service I had done,when I know it was prolly all done by the oil changer which prolly don’t make much.The rest goes to management and owners.What a price gouge.You can call me if you would like.

The service man asked me if I wanted an oil change. No, I just parked there because it was close to the door. Of course I did. I can read. Then he asked if I was staying, I was the next one up, yes, I am. So I went toward the lounge and showroom. There were several people in lounge and sitting in the area up the ramp. Then he texted me, about what they perceived to need to be done right now, I was standing in the middle of the showroom looking at cars talking to a salesperson, then he called me on my cell, wanting to know why I wasn't in the lounge.I could see him when he called me. He told me that they wanted to do something with my oil cooler line, he had a price up on his tablet, then the usual change filters, told me I had mice under my hood. I told him not today. When he gave me the recommeded issues to be addressed, that oil line cooler was not on the list. If I needed to address it right now, why was it not on the list? It was a $500 item if I did it today. I think a greeting for the quick service bay should be, Welcome to Quick Service! Could I get your name please.

Everything good except when I got my truck back the low washer fluid light came on. The inspection list I received said it was checked but obviously it wasn’t. I filled it and it took a whole jug.
